Step 1:  Visit Google Analytics

Visit http://google.com/analytics and click on Sign Up Now

Step 2: Sign in using your Gmail account

If you don't have a Gmail account you will need to sign up for one before proceeding.

Step 3: Click on Sign up 

Step 4: Enter account information

Complete the following information as required.  For Website's URL, a good convention to adopt would be iphone.yoursite.com or appname.yoursite.com so that you know these statistics are from your iPhone/Android app(s).
