Setup application in Urban Airship

1. Login to your account at Urban Airship (see [PRESSRUNSERVER:Setup Urban Airship account])
2. From the 'Your applications' page, create 'New Project'.
3. Set the project name to be something like 'My App Development'
4. Set the application mode to development or production and mention industry.
5. Follow 'Quick Start Guide' and configure channels as per your app platform (Android or iOS).
   1. For Android:
      1. Enter 'Server Key' of your FCM project. (See Enable your app for push notifications - Urban Airship )
      2. Enter package name of your android app.
      3. Save credentials
   2. For iOS:
      1. Click 'Choose file' and upload the .p12 file. 
      2. Enter its password if you created one when you exported it from Keychain
      3. Save credentials
6. From settings tab, go to 'APIs and Integration' section.
7. Copy and add the 'Application Key', 'Application Secret' and 'Application Master Secret' to the 'Settings' form of publication at my.appstudio.net
